Welcome to Scents 2 Remember's Shipping Policy.

We are dedicated to providing you with a seamless shipping experience. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions regarding our shipping procedures:

Processing Times:
Our current "guaranteed" processing times are 1-3 business days. Please note that the first day of processing begins the day after your order is received. Tracking numbers will be promptly sent to your provided email upon completion of processing. While most orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days, we ask for your understanding that we do not guarantee processing times shorter than 3-5 business days to manage expectations.

Shipping Carriers:
Packages will be shipped utilizing reputable services such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL, depending on your geographical location.

Business Days Exclusions:
Please note that business days do not include some Saturdays. WE DO NOT SHIP ON SUNDAYS AND OR HOLIDAYS. Kindly allow for an additional business day for processing after holidays or promotional sales.

Weekend Shipping:
We do not dispatch any products on Sundays. However, we do ship on SOME SATURDAYS.

International Orders:
For international orders, please be aware that customs fees are not covered in our shipping costs and will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect Shipping Information:
In the event that a package is returned to Scents 2 Remember due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, or if the recipient was unavailable for delivery, the customer will bear responsibility for both the return shipping costs and any redelivery expenses. Scents 2 Remember holds no liability for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to inaccuracies in the shipping information provided by the customer. Regrettably, no refunds will be issued in such cases.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
Scents 2 Remember cannot be held liable for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided by the customer. Upon request, we will furnish confirmation of delivery, including the date of delivery, tracking information, and details of the shipping carrier, enabling the customer to conduct their investigation.

Standard Shipping:
We employ standard shipping methods, with delivery times typically ranging from 1-3 business days, contingent upon your location.
