Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Thank you for your purchase with us at Scents2Remember.com. While we are more than happy to help find a more than fair solution should an issue arise, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges due to the hygienic aspect of cosmetics. (ONLY ACCEPTED EXCHANGES ARE ON UNOPENED PRODUCTS THAT ARE STILL SEALED.)

Cancellations can be made up to 12 hours after placing your order, or changes can be made to your order after the order has been placed, so long as requests are processed before the order has been shipped. If your order has not shipped we can, however, make changes to the mailing address and your email address if they are incorrect. We DO NOT offer refunds after 12 hours after the order has been placed.

Damaged or Defective

If your product(s) are damaged: Email our administrator at zazzyadmin@scent2remember.com. Please submit a photo image of your package, as well as the contents that are damaged/defective. They will then determine how to proceed.
